IMO, the current regulations are fine. Do people really need five Kings to take home? A limit of three Kings in the 10-15 pound range is plenty enough fish to feed a few people. I'm sure the charter captains love the idea of keeping the species limit three, because the faster they can get a limit of Kings the better. It's good for business. They can state that they, 'limited out" and save on the gas money that would be spent looking for fish numbers 4&5. Instead, it's back to the dock early to clean fish and possibly take out a new group of customers.
