2lbs of perch fillets
1/2cup of ceaser salad dressing
1 cup of crushed potato chips
1/2 cup of shredded sharp chedder cheese
1 Dip fillets in dressing.
2 Place fillets skinside down on a baking pan.
3 Mix potato chips and cheese.
4 Spread mix over fillets.
5 Bake at 500 for 10-15 minutes or until fillets flake with a fork.
