I finally got my brown back from the taxidermy. I caught this nice hen in the fall of '05. She went about 36" and 21.25lbs. I am extremely pleased with how she came out. The color in this mount is just unbelievable.

Jeff Lutz of Lasting Memories up in Charlevoix did the mount.  It ended up costing about $420, but worth every cent.

I guess you guys weren't kidding when you said he was the best.  The color he captured in the mount is so realistic.  The thing looks alive!  Now I just need to find it a partner
