This is getting out of hand.  check out this article about a coyote attacking a baby.  This isn't in the back woods either.  This took place in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  I think the coyotes are starting to take more risks and they seem to be getting bigger.  This article describes the coyote as being as big as a German Shepherd.  Next thing you know coyotes will be snatching up babies like dingos in Australia.

This will continue to happen if the urban sprawl is allowed to continue to go unchecked around this country. You will see more coyote, lion, bear and wolf  attacks as people continue to think that they are invinceable and on the top of the food chain. Most of these moron yuppies watch to many god-damn Disney movies and think that everything in nature wants to cudle up with them and read a book about there inner feelings. The funny thing is that if any of these jack-holes would watch a little National Geographic they might learn that wild animals will do anything to survive including beat the $h!t  any human that gets in the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read year's ago Coyote's have more vocal sounds then any other animal. Is this fact? I believe the Coyote is the most adaptive animal on earth. And yes there are many documented attack's on human's. Mostly children If my memory is right most have been in Cal.
