Has anyone seen this show? I saw a preview for it looks pretty crazy.

 I thought it was banned all around the world? How can they still hunt whales? Im not a anti hunter but it doesn't make sense to hunt something to extinction. Also why do they kill them for food or oil? Any info would be great?

I have seen the show.  It is actually pretty entertaining because the ant-whaling slapdicks are incompetent at best. I read that the Japanese justify hunting the whales for scientific purposes which is complete bullshit because they have a packaging plant right on the hunting ships.  They can process and package an entire whale in a just a few minutes including flash freezing the meat.
