This morning I woke up to the noise of some canadian honkers in my back yard. Now I live on a small lake/pond and I see canadian geese fly in and out all the time. My problem is they climb out of the water and tear up the grass, and then crap all over the place. The worst is having to walk in the *** while mowing my lawn. Since I live in a suburban area I cannot legally discharge a shotgun, especially since this would be outside the hunting season for Canadian Geese(referring to summer time). They are messy creature not to mention they cause a traffic backups when crossing roads and they destroy home owners lawns, flower and vegetable gardens. I feel the bag limit should be increased or else we may see an overpopulation problem; especially since alot of these animals live in predator free environments, such as the suburban setting that I live in.
