    I've done alot of work in NYC, been in alot of buildings around there (most not the best one);  you should see the rats!!  When they say as big as dogs, thats no understatement... I found out the hard way (we crossed paths).  Beavers are the least of there problems.

    I have spent quite a bit of time in NYC working as well.  Definitely a serious rat problem there.  Did you happen to see the video of all the rats in the Taco Bell in Greenwich Village?

    Not the kind of beaver that you catch much of Big Smile .  I think the last time you got close to any fur was at the business end of a conibear trap Wink
