Thanks.  Missed a few Kings also on alwives rigged on the bottom.  The bait was in THICK ans Kings were moving in out of the Deep.  The Skamainia Steelhead hit a 3/4 oz Glow Green KO Wobbler at first light.  Few Kings caught by others on the pier.
